Chalermkwan Chutima

Chalermkwan ‘Amm’ Chutima, completed her bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University and the Strategic Coordinator intensive course from Global Training Institute, Singapore. She finished a specialized course in Social Administration, which was organized by the cooperation of Thammasat University, Social Work Professions Council, and Ministry of Social Development and Human Security in order to be able to take the social worker license exam. Currently, she has a social worker license under the Social Work Professions Act, B.E. 2013 (license number 2625).

For over 20 years, Amm has used her knowledge and experiences working in a variety of companies and NGOs at both the operation and director level such as Southeast Asia Marketing Co., Ltd., Global Leadership Development Consultant Co., Ltd., International Justice Mission (IJM), World Concern, Hope International School, The Exodus Road, and Upstream Family and Community Learning Center.

Moreover, with her personal passion she attended and went through many training sessions related to child protection and family development. She recently received a certificate from the United Nation on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to become a Master Trainer for Thailand in the 'Strong Families Program' and Treatnet Family Program. Over the past five years, Amm has organized training in a variety of topics related to children and family, there have been more than 1,200 people who attended the training that she held. In 2021, she received a national award as the Best Person Providing Help and Support for Children and Youth in the field of law enforcement and child's rights protection, given by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.

Presently, she is volunteering to work for Chiang Mai District Court as a psycho-social clinic's counselor for the cases of drug use and domestic violence and was appointed to be a member of the Nursing Ethics Committee at Rajanagarindra Institute of Child Development.
